Restart required everyday for mobile data to work after One Ui 2.0 official

Hey guys, im using a Note 10+ and since the One UI 2.0 official update, my mobile data has been extremely inconsistent and always stuck at uploading despite having LTE. i have tried many methods including adding a new APN, Reset network settings, safe mode restart, clear cache, etc. Any advice?

Have you reached out to your carrier for assistance with their mobile network that provides you with mobile data?

Yes I have and they have determined that there was no outage in my area. This has been reoccurring every few days. I hope Samsung has a patch for this. It gets stuck on upload and i have to restart the phone. This is extremely frustrating.
