My father has a Note 10+ 5G, and recently he's had a dead zone on his screen while using his s pen. Normal use of the pen, and nothing works in the area. We've tried resetting the phone and refreshing the s pen, but nothing seems to work. The dead spot is in the upper middle portion of the screen and is about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
