Samsung email app issue

Just received my Note 10+ and it did not come with the Samsung email app. No big deal, I downloaded it. I have a @Live.com email address. I have the same settings as my S8+ and cannot send emails. I can receive but not send. 

 

Not sure what the issue is.

Above are the exchange server settings. Any ideas why I cannot send an email?

Try clearing data of the email app and set it up again:

 

Tap and hold email app shortcut on your home screen. The when context menu appears, tap on App info. Then go to storage and clear data

I did that and cleared the cache as well. no dice. Now I am not even receiving emails as well.

Try removing the app and then reinstall it.  I have it and it works

Try Microsoft Outlook app, which I have used on my Pixel 2.  Set it up to see if it works properly both ways(send/receive)

deleted the app and reinstalled. There is an email when you first open the app. You have to open the app and click the link. Now it works.
