As of today they've cancelled my order(s) here (and dated that on 8/29!!) regardless of the fact that I jumped through every hoop of inputting  a different payment method (numerous times) and a chat session and call to customer service who said "Oh, well, sorry, you can't  try it again today on any mobile device. You have to wait  and must log in on a desktop tomorrow."

So now the 10% discount they'd offered (for entering a new payment method) to make up for their screwups is gone as well as the $150 pre order credit. 

Very, very poor Samsung. Shame on you!
