Screen time and date stuck

As you can see, my lock screen shows the correct date and time (November 22), but there is a pervasive date from September stuck on the lock screen

When you took the picture of your Beautiful Dog, did you happen to take a Screenshot??? if so, the screenshot would have captured everything, including the date and time, and now that you've set it as a wallpaper the "Actual Clock" is displaying over your screenshots image?. It's just a thought
