So my Spen on my note 10 + 5G just stopped working when I try and touch my screen with it which is weird because I have only used the pen twice since I have had the phone. I have called my insurance through verizon and they said that is something not covered. I think it ridiculous I have to pay out of pocket for a pen for a phone that I have had for about two/ three weeks.
Have you attempted to reset the S Pen? If you go into your Air actions menu and tap the three dots in the top right corner you should see an option to reset your S Pen.
