Have Galaxy Note 10+. For all streaming apps, audio does not pause for incoming calls. Had Androids for 1000 years, never had this issue. Contacted tech support, they could not resolve the issue. Tried safe mode, Wiped Cache Partition. I'm not in the "Do Not Disturb" Mode. Anyone else have the same issue? I know I can do the Factory Reset, but it takes forever to get all my settings, which took me a few days to redo, so that is not an option, I'd rather take this junk back to the store and use my old phone, cause it is missing a bunch of other important to me functions, that Samsung tech also told me can't be fixed. Please, reply if you have a solution only.
No. Just on regular calls. Phone does vibrate and pops up on the screen, but streaming does not pause. Therefore, I miss my calls. All my previous smartphones paused streaming for incoming calls.
At this point, I think your phone would need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can take your phone to a uBreakiFix location to have a certified technician evaluate it.
