It's not meant for people to try, the purpose of it is for people to help Samsung test unfinished, and possibly buggy software. If you're willing to deal with possible issues, and want to provide feedback, get it. But if you think a beta is a way to get an early update, you might get very disappointed if things go wrong.

No, not yet. Keep an eye on the Samsung Members app, it will announced in there when it becomes available. Other than that, no one knows.
