Update issue - Samsung Store

Advised of a glitch in the store when trying to update last night. Spoke with tech and seems they somewhat addressed the issue. Sadly not all apps are updating still.... See screenshots. Says no updates but I still need apps updated... Since finding these glitches within Samsungs apps. Hook me up with some earbuds!!😂😂

Yes. I've went thru all the steps. Spoke with agent the other night about this same issue.

@Bluestevo What steps have you tried in regards to your issue. To make sure we don't go back over anything you have already done?

@SamsungQue safemode. Reset data under app. Restarted phone. Same stuff then tech did when they remote connected to phone.

@Bluestevo Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone? Here are the steps to clear the cache partition on your phone.

  1. Press and hold the Power key, tap Power off, and then tap OK.
  2. Press and hold the Power key and Up Volume key at the same time.
  3. Release the Power key when the Samsung logo appears.
  4. Release the Volume keys when the Android image appears.
  5. Press the Volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press the Power key to select.
  7. Once “Cache wipe complete” appears, press the Power key to select Reboot system now.
  8. The device restarts once the wipe is finished.

See if the settings for galaxy store updates is set to auto...
