Well I have Sprint I live in the U.S.A. and I haven't gotten anything

They've delayed the Note10 beta program like crazy. You should be able to get it soon. If you're a Verizon customer, the earliest you'll get it is probably sometime later in November. Everything else as of what I know should have the beta program within a week or two.

They posted yesterday that it will have a flood gate release in the next 3 business days.
