How much time does Samsung take to provide the warranty services? I am really disappointed with the after sales warranty services Samsung is providing. Its been over a month since i have complained about my note 10+ phone charger that it stopped working. Been on numerous calls with customer executives everytime they hear my story and says concerned team is working on it and they don't have any update. I am not sure if there will be an issue with the phone itself how they are going to handle it. I am hesitant now for the Samsung phones.
