safe mode, volume button not working

PHONE (NOTE 10+) WILL NOT REBOOT NORMALLY - TRIED IN 5 DIFFERENT WAYS SO MANY TIMES - NOTHING CAN TURN THE SAFE MODE OFF - NOT EVEN RECOVER DOES. WHAT CAN BE DONE?? - KNOW THAT THE SOUND BUTTON CAN NOT BE STUCKED - BUT IT IS, CAUSED BY DAMAGE. CAN THE SAFE MODE NOT BE TURNED OFF WITH A DAMAGED SOUND BUTTON?

Thank you for reaching out. Have you been able to try this method?

Press and hold the power button until the power off, restart, and emergency mode appears on the screen.

On the screen tap and hold on to the power off option until it changes to safe mode.

Select safe mode and your device will restart into safe mode.

You should see a grey transparent box in the bottom corners letting you know the device is in safe mode.
