Phone auto updated on Friday, and upon doing the update my volume control is now not working. My phone will not sync to my Bluetooth. It will read connected on the phone but music still plays from phone instead of car?! When someone calls it will go from being on speaker(without the speaker buttong pressed) to being too low that I can't hear.. even with the volume up to NOW watching movies or videos on my phone with media volume and video volume all the way up I still can't hear anything at all hardly without having it up to my ear. Someone needs to fix this! I'm so beyond frustrated with this "top of the line" phone I wish I had kept my S10! nothing but more and more issues since its released.
thank you. the soft reset worked for now.. not sure how long it'll last though. hate to do a hard reset if it's just an update issue. but it is annoying and frustrating to say the least. thank you for your help
