Hi my note 20 Ultra is not catching 5g signals not even 4g that my Note 9 easily had. It has the weak LTE signal and that I have not changed my Verizon plan. This time I did get the factory unlocked.is it because of that? I am worried why is it doing that. Slowest internet speed ever. Also biometrics aren't as smooth as they were with note 9

Note20- Select Connections then go to Mobile Networks
- Select the highest Network mode whether it be 5G/LTE/3G/2G etc.
- Ensure the Network Provider says Verizon
- Google the Verizon Access Point Name and add it in if it is not automatically registered by your SIM Card.
