After SW upgrade, phone stuck in "Phone is starting" ( Previous message deleted?)

Hello

After SW upgrade this morning, home screen stuck in "Phone is starting...". Apps are running in the background and i can scroll down the top notification menu.

Any clue ?

Thank you. I read the post and it is very interesting.

My problem is that my Note 20 Ultra 5G can NOT get to recovery mode with any of the below methods:

- I tried  with holding down volume up and power buttons, then KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears ( As mentioned in post **ISSUES AFTER ANDROID 13*)

- I tired with holding down volume down and power button. Same, did not work.

I don't know if anything changed with Android 13 on Note20 Ultra..

Any advice to enter to recovery mode?

If you followed my instructions, line by line, and your phone won't boot into recovery mode or bootloader, then I would say sending it in for service would be necessary.

Wait, does your phone still have that dedicated Bixby key? Separate from the power?
