Anyone Else lost their Call Record feature after the Update?

I was trying to figure out how to record phone calls on my Note 20 Ultra... it showed online how to do it but when I tried the options dont show up

I used to have it when I 1st got my phone... but I guess with all the updates I lost it along the way because I never tried to use it again until now

Anyone else?

Official call record function? I've never seen that apart of the OS.. I use CubeACR on the playstore with a specific configuration. WiFi calling has to be off as well

Yeah, when I 1st got the phone about 6 to 8 months ago it was there 😭... the crazy thing is that even the Samsung website shows it.

Unfortunately the post your referring to is "in" for India, the USA is us example:Samsung.com/US
Call recording isn't available by default on most USA phones because our call recording laws are more strict.

How did I have it when I 1st got the phone though? This  😭😭😭. Was it a quirk that "fixed" itself through updates? Because I was surprised when I got my phone but had no use of it until yesterday when I went to use it and it was gone. Smh.

I guess my phone is never gonna get it back then 😕. It was weird how it came with it out the box. I'm guessing the updates changed that. 😭
