Attempting to active the esim on At&T via qr code. Every time it giver me and error. (Unknown error occurred).

I tried resetting the network settings, etc. And still no luck device is fully u locked for any network. Why am I having issues with esim activation ?

Any suggestions.

Can you get the info for the ESIM and enter it manually
Or go to an AT&T store and have them figure it out
It's hard to do things over the phone if they can't see it

You would need to talk to AT&T about this. It could be that they are having a server error. You could try later.

I have the esim. I entered it manually and still error. I've done some research seems as if tmobile is the only us carrier that has esim enabled for note 20.ultra 5g.

ESIM is still new and it's mostly iphone

I took my phone to the AT&T store and they said that they no longer support this phone SM-N986U
