Hearing audio feedback from speaker without music/video playing and screen is off/phone locked.

Buzzing/ticking sound.
Also, audio from a video will play while screen is turned off after using apps such as TikTok.

Ran diagnostics.
Came back normal.
Closed all apps and disabled developer options.
Only stops when notification is received or restart.
Comes back after any other audio is played such as apps.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern of having 24/7 audio feedback from the phone. There are a few steps you can try.

Try clearing the cache partition and repairing apps in the recovery menu.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.

Next, try testing the phone in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If you are still hearing the feedback while in Safe Mode, we recommend backing up the phone and doing a factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the feedback continues after resetting the phone, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
