Backspace rate of speed

Hello,

Is anyone else annoyed about the backspace speed once held for a few seconds start to rapidly erase large amounts of typing? Is there a way to reduce the backspace speed on the stock keyboard?

must be setting you have . I have never experienced this

I can help. While you have the keyboard open click on the gear icon (setttings), then scroll down to "Swipe, Touch and Feedback", then "backspace speed".

Wow! :clapping_hands::o it was set at normal so I reduced it to slow. hopefully the long press backspace slows down too. Just tried it. It works 💪🏾
