My Note 20 Ultra suddenly went Black Screen ( Phone no display) but can hear message incmoing and incoming calls ringing. I try to reset by pressing volume down and power button together but Samsung logo not appearing. The phone able to reset but screen still black and I do not know what to do? I closed the phone and left it for a couple of hours .. Fortunately, the display is turned on again but I am frustrated from this issue and I am worried to be repeated again .. I want to know why this problem occurred? And if there is any caution to avoid the repetition of this issue.. am waiting your reply .. thanks
