Bluetóoth not connecting to Microsoft SYNC for audio

My Note20 used to work fine connecting via Bluetooth to SYNC in my car, but last week it stopped connecting for audio and only connects for calls. I've tried everything and nothing seems to restore it...help!!?

@Members_VyqwTjv Have you reset SYNC in your car?

IME SYNC is very buggy and we often have to reset SYNC in our car.

I've done the Master Reset many times...even went back to Factory Defaults...nothing. it was fine up until last week, thought maybe Android Auto might have thrown an update in but I can't find any record of one.
