Purchased a Note20 5G from Samsung with my S9 as a trade in to give me $350 off the price. I went ahead and shipped the s9 to Samsung and put the sim in my Note20 only to find out that my carrier (Xfinity Mobile) does not allow the phone on the network (even though they sell the exact same phone). Now, I have shipped the Note20 back to Samsung as well. How do I get my S9 back? It is out for delivery today to Ingram (1/15/2021).
