If the speakers are both the same, some brands of speakers are able to pair with each other first before connecting to your phone. Refer to the user manual of the speakers you are using, if that is the case.

You may need to adjust the metronome for each device because some devices may have variations in latencies that can cause an echoing effect. Adjusting that should correct the timing/delay of the audio sync.
