Note20My Note 20 won't update or allow to add a new app after a few days of usages. I have tried everything. Even forced by Samsung to purchase a second similar device while the first device's refund is in transit. Factory reset my devices a total of 7 times. Been on the phone with Samsung tech and e-commerce since late August. Took it to an authorized Samsung Repair shop to do a flash repair. Reviewed the other boards, decided to try the suggestion to reboot the device in safe mode, problem solved (at least for the last two hours). Last option is to return this device and move on to take a risk with other manufacturers that wants my money.

Note20Regardless, the problems mentioned are no longer happening (for a week now) since I swapped out the older 4G SIM card to a 5G SIM card. Problem solved.
