Can't find the edge lighting setting on my Note 20 Ultra

So I've had notes before, and just picked up the note 20 ultra. I'm feeling pretty dumb because I can't find the edge lighting setting anywhere. I've looked all over. All I can find is edge panel. Any help?

You will find it in Settings -> Notifications -> Brief pop-up settings -> Edge lighting style
