I was pretty surprised to be honest but I think certain regions did get a 256 variant since I've seen it listed as a configuration on GSM Arena. I have the regular Note 10 and opted for the Note 20 Ultra with the 128GB. Since I can expand the storage I don't feel as bad about it since its an upgrade in every way from the Note 10. I think however if you had the Note 10+ there was less of a need to upgrade.
The Note 20 Ultra is definitely a downgrade for me as I have the Note 10+ 256 GB. I know there's the 512 GB one, but I don't want black I want Mystic Bronze. I also wish there were a Mystic Green Ultra. I ended up getting the Mystic Bronze Ultra for 5G, the cameras, 120Hz screen refresh, Gorilla Glass 7, Snapdragon 865+, S Pen latency improvement, X Box, but I'm still disappointed in the Ultra's base storage. It should at least be 256 GB. Why did Samsung do this?

Ditto. Unfortunately, if they offer different colors later, I won't be interested. I don't buy phones months into their life cycle; not at today's prices!
Exactly!!! Samsung is cheaping out!! Really wanted the mystic bronze, but at 128gb with OS, apps and messages 128gb is completely useless!! Won't be upgrading
