I see you have the Note 20 as your tag. yes the Note 20 is a 5G phone however 5G service and coverage is dependant on your area. you can check your carrier's service coverage to try and point point where 5G signals are strongest.

What is the model number of your phone?

There is a Note20 (SM-N985F) which is 5G and a Note20 (SM-N980F) which is not 5G.
