Bought a Note 20 Ultra and traded in a Note 8. Did exactly as the program required and verified the device booted up post-reset. Samsung rejected the device claiming: You did not disable your personal security locks, including the Factory Reset Protection or Activation Lock.
I called up and they did claim to recheck the product but rejected it again for the same reason. I have asked for Samsung to return the phone. I will update this post with what I find. If there is a problem it is not what they claim. I verified it booted up with the out-of-the -box welcome screens.
