Hey Sandraaa,

Does this occur with a certain wallpaper or does it appear anywhere on the screen? If it still displays white pixels on a different wallpaper than it might be a screen issue

Yes. Judging by the provided picture, that appears to be an impact point where the screen has received damage. ☹

You have to replace the OLED screen.

Try a pixel refresh app. If there's damage to the screen that won't help though.

Looks like you've broken the screen. You'd have to get it replaced.

@Sandraaa I know this must be frustrating. I recommend having the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can take the phone to your local uBreakiFix and they would be able to tell you the issue with the display. They are also able to do screen repairs.
