Are you trying to use the S Pen within a specific app, or is it not working anywhere on the phone? I ask as some programs, looking at you Pokemon GO, do not accept S Pen inputs.
My S Pen has had no problems, FYI, so your warning might just be a one off of your device.

yes I agree with lady poster. I have no problem with this or any of the other notes I've had over the years. I would suggest a device swap, becausesomething is seriously wrong with that particular unit
