Feature Request: Navigation Bar in bixby Routines

Hello! I am requesting the developers to add the navigation bar toggle to bixby Routines. That way, for example I can set the navigation bar to enable when I take the stylus out, etc. Also, enhanced processing in one UI 3.0 seems like a natural thing to support as well. 😉 Thank you!

to clarify - enable/disable in this context is to show/hide the navigation bar.
