I have the Note 20 ultra and since I have updated my phone froze, side button went off with an emergency alarm sound while on the phone which was scary and I had to shut down. Then, when you are on the phone, the screen gets dark you cannot push the side button to get to it. It is quite a disaster! I am not happy with it and am trying to see what good purpose is it serving. Can anyone tell me, please? Is anyone else having this issue?
