Note20The issue is caused by the camera update. The camera update was to suppose to ensure better focus and snappier response. However, if you open the camera by error in your pocket, or as you pick up the phone to use it, the phone crashes and the software can no longer display an image. The accidental launch of the camera is caused by pressing the side key assigned to the "Quick Launch" for the camera.
Further research and testing that I did also showed that the Always On Displayed was unstable after the OneUI 3.1 Update. In particular if you are running an animation with AOD.
The only thing I would like to know is if it's isolated to the AT&T Rom, or have others with different carriers experienced the same glitch/bug. What carrier are you guys on?

Note20I don't know anymore if my cell phone is on or off, because I tried various methods that I found on google for that topic. your answer makes sense to me that this caused a black screen but i tried to connect the phone to my pc and i always get a tone like when i connect the charger, nothing happens on the pc. how to solve that part?

Note20Connect and disconnect the phone to your PC about 5 times. Then, on the 5th reconnect, leave the phone connected and unattended for at least an hour. Afterwards, disconnect the phone and just wait until the screen comes back on. It took my phone a out an hour after I disconnected it from the PC to get the screen to come on. Just check it once every hour thereafter.
While this method did work for me, the issue for you might be more severe. BEST BUY has a Samsung Service center that can instantly reboot the phone via their own Samsung software. Even if you did not get the phone from best buy, a nice tip to a geek will suffice to get you help.

Note20all this is clear to me, but when I connect the mobile phone, I only hear the charging sound on the mobile phone, nothing happens in the device manager, ie there is no sound or icon that something is connected to the PC. I left the cell phone so connected that it charges to the end, a notification came to the PC to download the samsung dex program, and I tried to install the program, but it always says to connect the cell phone to the PC for the program to continue working. i tried several times to turn off and then plug in the cable but just nothing happens. i tried to take out the pen and so i figured out that the cell phone works has vibration and the sound of the pen but on the pc it doesn't show that it is connected, nor in the device manager.
