No. I haven't run into that problem. You may want to clear the app's cache/data: open device settings>apps>gallery>storage> clear cache/data>followed by a soft reset (power phone off, wait a few seconds, power phone back on). See if that takes care of the issue.

Is this happening only on Gallery app? if so, then please submit error report to Samsung Members app and get some professional help from Samsung techs.
