Having trouble finding my visual voicemail?

I kind of have having problems finding my visual voicemail. I've been using a app for this device that I can see my visual voicemail is there a way I can find it without using this app I found

but the visual voicemail for Verizon is not supported with Galaxy

sorry have to agree, verizon doesn't offer visual voice mail for galaxy line
