I can verify this works and is official. It needs Bluetooth for the air actions to function.

There are a ton on Amazon for cheap that are not Bluetooth. They still work on contact with the screen, but thats it. An error message will also keep popping up that the pen is disconnected with a non Bluetooth S pen.
