How do you send Samsung a video of a bug when error reporting?

I need to send Samsung a video of the bug I'm seeing since I downloaded 3.0 on my Note 20 Ultra. I can no longer use videos in my gallery as video lockscreen. Resolution is too big to use as lockscreen. I'm told to edit but making it smaller doesn't work.

I'm the only one with this bug. I don't want to do a hard reset of my phone to fix this.

I made a screen recording but couldn't figure out how to send it in an error report so I uploaded it to Twitter,linked and then sent it to Samsung that way. Hope this bug gets fixed.

In the Samsung members app, select the "get help" tab. scroll down until you see "error reports." select the correct category you are having problems with. it should then open up a page to input your feedback. for screen recordings tap on the paper clip on the upper right hand and then select screenshot and it should let you record your screen
