@andre23 MMS isn't built to send large video files directly. You can upload the video to Google Photos or something similar and share directly from their. 

Another option is to use something like WhatsApp.

Yes you can share a onedrive link to a file.

I use Samsung link sharing to share up to 5gb a day. The link provided will let you download or view the content but its only valid for 3 days after its created.
