How to withdraw from One UI 3.0 beta

Hi everyone. I need help. I am experiencing so many glitches from the one ui 3.0 beta and I want to withdraw from it. I have searched for the withdraw tab in settings or even tried looking for the banner but it is not showing up. I'm sick on this beta and I want my stable build back again. Can someone walk me through finding the withdraw tab. Nothing is showing up

the beta has been over for almost a month now so you should be on the stable build of one ui 3.0

it still feels like the beta. my ui is not stable and the screen is flickering like it's being double tapped like 10k times. also apps keeps missing and moving to the right even though the LOCK HOME SCREEN tab is on.

Wipe cache from phone at boot or factory data reset. This will fix alot of your problems.
