I'm missing Spotify and YouTube shortcut on my keyboard

Is anyone else missing these shortcuts on their keyboard? I had the Spotify shortcut on my Galaxy Note 10+ keyboard, but recently I upgrade to the Note 20 Ultra and I'm missing both of these shortcuts. Am I supposed to enable something?

AT&T removed those shortcuts sadly...

Are you serious?!  Why would they remove this feature?  I understand that it might be a very small feature that I might not use often, but my way of thinking is this, if I'm paying 1,400 dollars for a flagship phone, I better have all that is available for that phone regardless what carrier I have.
