Issues with yesterday 26th January Samsung Patch - HotSpot and Bluetooth not working properly

I had trouble with the new Jan 2023 patch on my Note Ultra 20+ and I'm still getting issues with Bluetooth and HotSpot connections that, after yesterday's Samsung patch, stuck when the screen is locked... Bluetooth is not sending correctly the information, for instance to my car audio system and worst the mobile HotSpot drops every time the screen is locked... a behavior never experienced before yesterday's last patch.

Maybe someone else faced the same issues?

My phone is a Samsung Note 20 Ultra+
