Just received the Note 20 Ultra and wanting to exchange it?

I'm so **bleep** off.  I just received the note 20 ultra I ordered in November 2021 and now the S22 is out which looks like it's a newer version of the Note 20 ultra considering it has an S- pen. I want to contact Samsung for an exchange. Any ideas on what I can do?

Return your note within the specified time frame( typically 30 days sometimes 2 weeks) then use the money and invest the monies into the phone of your choice.

Hmmm, my Note 20 Ultra has an S Pen. Wonder why yours doesn't, ponderous...
I opted for the Note 20 Ultra because the 21 series doesn't have an SD card slot. I know nothing about the 22 series though.

My note 20 ultra has an S pen too. I was just stating that the new s22 has an s pen making it a newer model of the note I suppose. The S series do not come with a S pen, but this new one has an S pen. I don't know if I'm making sense. Lol
