Length of Repair process

Hello,

I was wondering the length of time it takes to sent my galaxy note 20 ultra through the repair process. I know you receive the phone. Then send it to product hospital. To check for any anomalies. If found you will then send it to troubleshoot. To isolate the issue. Then to fix the problem. So how long does this process take? Oh My ticket number is: <Hidden>

In the US, my experience has been about a week for the entire process. I've done it twice.
