Trying to pair my Note 20 with PC WIndows, had it working at one point but then stopped/cut off.  I do get an "old" version that isn't updated with new pics, etc.  Trying to re connect/pair but it is not conencting.  Both devices are discovered on my PC but the "Link to Windows" app on my Note 20 it shows my DESKTOP (Laptop) as "disconnected" and I can't open it or open the Settings gear icon.  Ugh!

any help out there?

Update.  I tried again and now both my PC and my phone show that they are connected to each other but the "Your Phone" app on my PC is still not updating as it should.  Anybody to help out there?

Have you checked the app is up to date on both your phone and PC?

Are you running Android 11 on your device?

Thank you for confirming. Reviewing the troubleshooting available in the links provided, it seems this feature has only been updated to be compatible with Android Versions up to 10. Microsoft may need to update the app again for Android 11. I would recommend trying to reach out to them to see if they could provide additional support. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus
