These crashes happened when I wasn't even using the app.

Also whe I optimize the battery it only stays at 100% for a minute or two.

i have no problem with pandora app, and samsung capture. for capture, both sliding palm and power+vol down works.

also, alexa does not crash. have you restarted device?
