As it says Long Press Home Button Doesn't Bring Up Google Assistant no matter what I try do do to fix it

How to change the Home button long-press
behavior on the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8
1 . Step I : Open up Settings.
2. Step 2: Select Advanced Features.
3. Step 3: Hit Device Assistance App, followed by
Device Assistant App.
4. Step 4: Choose your new Device Assistance App
Google Assistant, Internet or S Voice.

These settings are not present in my Note 20 Ultra Advanced features

Device Assistant App.

I have found places in Settings to choose Device Assistant App which is set to Google Assistant--Google voice works for calling up the Google assistant just cannot find a way to enable long press on home button to open the assistant which worked on all my prior Samsung phones

Same issue here as well. Saw a thread on this on a different site. People also complaining. Apparently it's a bug
