Solved: Message app has no sound or vibration - Samsung Community

Help! I just got a new phone yesterday and already my message app isn't working right. I have it set to make sound and vibrate as notifications for texts but... nothing! No sound, no vibration, just pops up on screen. Doesn't even show badge icon.

Are you using the stock messaging app?

Do you have notifications for new messages turned on in the settings for the messaging app?

Thanks for your feedback Adam. I reset everything and now the stock messaging app is working again!
