No 4k 60 on all cameras

WHY CANT WE RECORD 4K 60 ON ALL CAMERAS OR 1080 60 ON ALL CAMERAS IT JUST DONT MAKE SENSE TO ME AT ALL RELEASE AN UPDATE OR SOMETHING AND LET US DO 1440 WITH 120 IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO WORK TOGETHER I HAVE A NOTE 20 ULTRA BTW

As others have said, it is a hardware thing that isn't added via software. The physical sensor has to have the capabilities to do it. Only newer devices have the sensor capabilities.
