I cannot connect them via bluetooth, followed multiple but the same direction..tried hard reset. Still to know avail.. there pretty cool and when they fall out of my ears I won't lose them.

I have buds! But these are better. And everything connects..

I just purchased the Note 20 ultra.. tell me that's not the problem.. come on ya'll help newbie ish out.....lol
