Just switched from a Pixel 3 XL to Note 20 Ultra and I'm not getting any notifications for any apps.
I tried to switch previously to a Note 10 and had the same issue back then.
I can see on my old phone notifications coming in for emails, Google Assistant reminders, Facebook, Twitter, etc. But nothing on this phone.
Using another "Notifications History Log" app from the Play Store I can see that the phone should be getting these notifications but it never displays them or alerts me to them.
Not using power save mode. Not in do not disturb mode.
